On Tuesday 23rd June at 8pm, we will be joined by Patrick Shelley, Founder of Origin Spirits to launch his products on the Singapore market.
Currach Irish Single Malt Whiskey 46%
Colour: Amber Gold Nose: Toffee and raisins with hints of almond, backed by a roasted kombu aroma.
Palate: Arabic roast coffee fused with salted caramel and dark chocolate notes complemented by nutty, earthy, lightly smoked and umami undertones. Finish: Dark and rich flavours fade to leave a persistent and delicately sweet maritime finish.
Kalak Single Malt Vodka 40%
Nose: Creamy with notes of freshly baked croissants, vanilla and fruity freshness.
Palate: Elegant texture with hints of biscuit, dark chocolate, creaminess and ripe fruit richness.
Finish: Silky smooth with lingering depth and complexity.
Kalak Peated Single Malt Vodka 43%
Nose: Aromas of honeycomb, toffee and vanilla are complemented by delicate earthy undertones.
Palate: Mellow smokiness evolves with vanilla, gingerbread and creaminess.

Ornabrak Single Malt Gin 43%
Nose: Rich and creamy nose with underlying juniper, malt, pine, subtle spice and citrus.
Palate: Smooth and complex flavours unfolding with juniper, vanilla, pink peppercorn, and earthy citrus.
