Q: Do the bottles come in a box?
A: Most of our bottles come with boxes, as illustrated.
Q: When will the bottle I want be back in stock?
A: Much of the stock on this website is very limited edition in nature, so the chances are that when it’s gone, it’s gone. However, do feel free to contact us. if you have specific enquiries.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: This will have been emailed to you (it may be in your spam folder) If you cannot find it, or think you have accidentally deleted it please email us at email@example.com.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: If you placed your order before 3pm, it should be delivered or ready for collection within 2 working days (please contact us if you need special arrangements) If it is ordered after 3pm, at the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be available in three working days.
Q: Why hasn’t my order been delivered?
A: If you have waited the advised time and still haven’t received your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Q: What is the size of the bottle?
A: Bottles are 70cl unless otherwise stated.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Regretfully at this time we only ship to Singapore addresses.

Q: I’m sending as a gift, will the invoice be included with the delivery? Can we add a check box with gift in the order page?
A: Please check the ‘gift’ box on the order screen if you would rather the invoice wasn’t included.
Q: Can I send the order to a different address from my own?
A: Yes, just fill the required details into the Delivery Address section.
Q: Can I order by telephone?

Q: Can I send a message with my order?
A: Yes! Please enter your message in the "Message for Gift Recipient" box located in the shopping cart.
Q: Do you offer weekend deliveries?
A: Weekend deliveries are not currently available.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: There is no minimum order, but free shipping is eligible for orders over $250.
Q: What happens if my delivery is damaged or lost?
A: Please check your bottle when you receive your delivery and do not accept it if it is damaged. If you have already accepted your delivery, please email us at email@example.com.
Q: Why have I been charged for delivery?
A: Only orders above $250 are eligible for free delivery.
