This rare single malt was fully aged in casks previously used to mature Calvados. These casks were sourced from a producer whose family has been making Calvados in the region of Pont-l’Eveque in Normandy for generations. The result is a full-bodied and complex whisky enriched with notes of orchard fruits, heather honey, dried apple, nutmeg and cocoa.
