The second release of this full-strength Islay whisky was matured in a combination of first and second fill oloroso sherry casks. The result is an excellent example of Bunnahabhain’s rich, unpeated style packed with chocolate orange, dried fruit and baking spices. A little sea salt cuts through the sweeter notes nicely, leading into a long finish with black pepper and vanilla.
