To create this Moine variant, their Senior Blender selected a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks which were then matured in full, in the coastal warehouses on Bunnahabhain Bay. Intriguing peatiness with hints of sherry and rich oak on the nose; immediate warming peatiness drift to a sweet Oloroso sherry influence with rich oak, balanced with delicate pepper on the palate; with a robust length on the finish for the discerning palate.
