    Luscious, sweet, nutty-mature liquid fruit-cake dusted with crushed sultana, easing to drier, spicy oak tones.

    Sherry trifle, glacé cherries and muscovado sweetness, all nicely balanced with a spicy, mature oak note of cigar boxes. Deliciously complex.

  • FINISH

    Cocoa, vanilla and fudge climb to a dried-date climax.
