Frankly Speaking…

Sometimes forgotten, I have always found this to be one of the understated Islay whiskies. This single cask from Bunnahabhain distillery is a traditional Bunnahabhain with no hints of peat smoke. This is a whisky which will be an all-round pleaser and well appreciated by Single Malt drinkers.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Malt loaf and sticky toffee topping, honey with ripe bananas.

Taste: Rich and spicy, cinnamon and red apples.

Finish: Cherries, raspberries sauce and coconut.
