This is a special edition Pom’O that has been matured in Roe & Co Irish Whiskey casks and is a celebration of the craft nature of the two brands.

Pom’O is made from rare apple varieties, many grown in our 200 year old orchards on the south slopes of Ireland’s County Cork. We lightly ferment juice from our bittersweet apples and blend with the finest apple brandy, before aging it in malt & grain Roe & Co Irish Whiskey barrels for a year. Seek out notes of toffee apples, spiced soft fruits and Roe & Co’s creamy whiskey.

Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif, with cheese or in cocktails.
