From the distillation of wine and wine lees. We work on Burgundy wines made from the Pinot Noir grape variety to produce this Burgundy Eau-de-vie. Our Fine de Bourgogne aged for a minimum of 13 years, extremely delicate on the palate, reveals itself to be supple and subtle at the same time.

The color of our Fine de Bourgogne is a beautiful golden yellow with copper highlights. Then the nose offers a wide range of dried and candied fruits. You will be caught up with buttery, toasted touches and a hint of honey. To finish, the palate is dense with good balance and a powerful finish full of richness.
