GUARDA Colección de Viñedos (Vineyard Collection) is a high end wine line with a small production, as a result of long periods of investigation and examination of the best terroirs within our estates. Each wine is an accurate reflection of a special vineyard located in a micro region of Cuyo, a region selected due to its quality features.

Type: Red

Varietal: 100% Malbec

Vineyard: Lujan de Cuyo – Mendoza. Planted in 1906 (Drummond).

Fermentation process: Classic, in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, during 20-25 days and at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees. The end of maceration is determined by tasting. The malolactic fermentation is spontaneous.

Aging: 100% of the wine spent 12 months in French oak barrels.

Storage: Over 10 years in bottle.
