Established in 1885 and located in Edinburgh, the North British Distillery stands as the largest operational grain distillery in the city. It is currently owned by both Diageo and The Edrington Group.
Sourced from a refill Bourbon barrel, this whisky is given the opportunity to showcase its natural flavor profile. It is bottled at a robust cask strength of 51.5% abv.

Single Cask, Non Chill-Filtered, Natural Color.
Nose : Very fruity, reminiscent of peaches and ripe bananas. Nutty and showing flavors of almonds and cashews.
Taste : Full bodied, mandarin orange peel, syrup, toffee, vanilla and again, a faint nutty flavor.
Finish : The sweet and syrupy notes coat the tongue and are perfectly balanced with the sweet and spicy notes. There is even a touch of ripe bananas and vanilla ice cream.
