Situated in Glasgow and under the ownership of Pernod Ricard, Strathclyde Distillery has been a part of the whisky landscape since its establishment in 1927, producing grain spirit from wheat. Notably, the site once housed Kinclaith Distillery, which crafted Malt spirit from 1957 – 1975.
This particular whisky was distilled in 1994. It emerges from a refill Bourbon barrel, capturing the essence of its cask strength at an impressive 48.7% abv.
