Our farmhouse gin is distilled in Brigid (one of our copper pot stills) on our farm. Our recipes are created by my mother in her kitchen, then we carefully scale these up and hand measure each botanical. Every batch of our Tipperary Gin is unique and hand crafted with love in our boutique stillhouse.
