For this second release in the Hebridean Series, we have increased the bottling strength to 52.5% ABV to showcase a little more of the Oloroso sherry casks this whisky has been maturing in.  The higher strength has intensified the spirit with a more concentrated, bold and spicy character compared to the 23 Year Old Release.

Like all our whiskies, this 24 Year Old unpeated Tobermory whisky is bottled with natural colour and is non-chillfiltered.

Nose
Delicate citrus notes with caramelised dates, roasted walnuts and rich dark berries.

Palate
Nutmeg and cinnamon beautifully balanced with a salty tang. Sweet notes of blackcurrant jam and vanilla with toasted oak and a hint of cocoa.

Finish
Salted caramel and a hint of hazelnut.
