Quaich Bar The Islay Giants 3rd Edition distilled at Bunnahabhain Distillery. Aged 32 years old in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead. Distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2021. This whisky is bottled at 44.7% abv and limited to 213 bottles worldwide.

On the nose Sherry, sweet cherries and Christmas pudding with sultanas, salt and pepper on the palate. The finish has a good length. A real sweet and salty fruit bomb.

I found this whisky truly excellent, with lots of fruit and a distinct salty maritime influence.
