Quaich Bar The Islay Giants 4th Edition distilled at Laphroaig Distillery aged 32 years old, cask #3845. Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2024. This whisky is bottled at 52.7% abv and limited to 283 bottles worldwide.

Here’s what Iain Forteath has to say about it :

Nose : Intensely aromatic with impressions of prosciutto, sugared almonds and agave nectar married with citrus oils, gentle peat and freshly baked pretzels.

Palate : Oily layers of lemon sherbet, green olive tapenade, nori seaweed and cantaloupe melon bound in savoury peat reek and sweet liquorice.

Finish : Campfire smoke and candied peels with hints of green wood and rubber that fade into a warming linger of dark chocolate, black coffee and star anise.
